为适应运载平台总装过程中工作量大、任务急、需形成核心技术能力的特点,以运筹调度、精益生产、精益管理等为指导思想,采用调试流程重排、分时及分物复用、表格化调试及全周期管理等技术手段,实现人员、工艺、组织管理等因素的有机高效协调,优化了总装调试流程,建立了进度敏捷、高效响应的运筹管理机制,提高了运载平台总装中的高效调试水平。

In order to meet big workload, urgent mission and forming the characteristics of core technical ability in the as-sembly process the delivery platform, the paper was realized personnel, technology, organization and management of organic efficient coordination, optimize the assembly and commissioning process, established the progress agile, efficient response lo-gistic management mechanism and improved the efficient debug level in the carrier platform assembly by taking logistics scheduling, lean production, lean management as the guiding ideology and using debugging process of rearrangement, time-sharing and object reuse, forming the debugging and the whole cycle management technology, implementation factors.
