通过对电力机车裂损从动齿轮进行现场检查、理化检验、断口分析、失效原因分析,指出从动齿轮齿裂是由于齿轮表面局部过载,淬硬层存在淬火软区,在运行中产生疲劳裂纹所致,为减少从动齿轮发生裂损问题提出了一系列改进措施。

Through analysis on site inspection, physical and chemical examination, fracture and failure reasons of driven gear of electric locomotive, the authors pointed out that the reasons of crack of driven gear tooth was partial overload, soft zone of the hardening layer caused by fatigue crack produced in operation. Finally, the authors put forward to a series of improve-ment measures to reducing driven gear crack damage problems.
