Schiff Base Metal Complexes%Cotton Knitted Fabric%Bleaching at Low Temperature%Catalyst
以水杨醛与3,5-二氨基苯甲酸为原料,通过醛胺缩合制成席夫碱配体,并与Co2+、Mn2+、Cu2+金属离子络合得到了相应的过渡金属配合物,采用紫外光谱、红外光谱、1H-NMR对其结构进行了表征。并将这3种席夫碱金属配合物作为催化剂用于棉针织物双氧水低温漂白,测试并比较了催化剂种类、配合物浓度、双氧水浓度、pH值、温度和时间对漂白效果的影响。结果表明,3种催化剂都具有低温催化漂白性能,其中Mn2L的催化漂白效果最好;最佳漂白工艺:30% H2O2为10 g/L,Mn2L为20μmol/L,pH值为11, Na2SiO3为1 g/L,JFC为1 g/L,70℃处理60 min,浴比1∶20。

With salicylaldehyde and 3,5-diaminobenzoic acid as raw materials, schiff-base ligand was made through condensation of aldehyde and amine, and transition-metals complex was obtained by complexing with schiff-base ligand and Co2+,Mn2+,Cu2+. Its construction was represented by UV-vis, IR and 1H-NMR, and the three kinds of Schiff base metal complexes were applied on hydrogen peroxide bleaching at low temperature for cotton knitted fabric as catalyst. The effects of catalyst type, the concentration of complex and hydrogen peroxide, pH val-ue, temperature and time on bleaching effect were tested and compared. The results show that these three kinds of catalyst all have the property of bleaching at low temperature, and the bleaching property of Mn2L is the best; the optimal bleaching process is listed respectively: 30% H2O2 is 10 g/L, Mn2L is 20 μmol/L, Na2SiO3 is 1 g/L, JFC is 1 g/L, pH value is 11 at 70 ℃ for 60 minutes and bath ratio is 1∶20.
