在介绍原液着色黏胶纤维基本性能特点的基础上，利用原液着色黏胶纤维花式纱开发花色针织面料，并利用不同颜色的原液着色黏胶纱与有色涤纶交织开发提花针织面料。给出原料规格、设备参数、穿纱规律等编织工艺，整理工艺，生产注意事项，以及面料的基本技术参数。结果表明，利用原液着色黏胶纱线开发的产品，不仅具有丰富的色彩和图案，与有色涤纶原料交织还可充分发挥两种原料的优势，产品既舒适又耐用，为原液着色黏胶针织产品的开发提供参考，其应用前景广阔。

Based on the characteristics of dope dyeing viscose fiber, the paper develops several fancy knitted fabrics by using dope dyeing viscose fancy yarn, and jacquard knitted fabrics by using dope dyeing viscose yarn with different colors and colored polyester inter-knitted yarn. It introduces in detail the knitting technology includ-ing raw material’s specification, equipment parameters, and threading ways, and the finishing technology and so on. In addition, the basic technical parameters are given. The results show that the fabrics knitted by the dope dyeing viscose yarn can bear rich color and pattern; and the fabrics presents good wearing comfort properties and durability properties, which can provide a reference for developing dope dyeing viscose fiber knitted products.
