目的：观察倍他洛克治疗中青年高血压病的临床疗效。方法：对34例中青年高血压患者应用倍他洛克，应用非倍他洛克34例的治疗过程，随访1年，治疗前后，血压，心率变化。结果：联合倍他洛克治疗中青年高血压疗效优于未联合倍他洛克，而且副作用少、耐受性好。结论：联合应用倍他洛克治疗中青年高血压降压达标率高、副作用少、药种类少、药量低，降低心脑血管疾病有重要意义。
目的：觀察倍他洛剋治療中青年高血壓病的臨床療效。方法：對34例中青年高血壓患者應用倍他洛剋，應用非倍他洛剋34例的治療過程，隨訪1年，治療前後，血壓，心率變化。結果：聯閤倍他洛剋治療中青年高血壓療效優于未聯閤倍他洛剋，而且副作用少、耐受性好。結論：聯閤應用倍他洛剋治療中青年高血壓降壓達標率高、副作用少、藥種類少、藥量低，降低心腦血管疾病有重要意義。
목적：관찰배타락극치료중청년고혈압병적림상료효。방법：대34례중청년고혈압환자응용배타락극，응용비배타락극34례적치료과정，수방1년，치료전후，혈압，심솔변화。결과：연합배타락극치료중청년고혈압료효우우미연합배타락극，이차부작용소、내수성호。결론：연합응용배타락극치료중청년고혈압강압체표솔고、부작용소、약충류소、약량저，강저심뇌혈관질병유중요의의。
To observation the treatment using metoprolol for hypertension of middle-aged people and youth.Method:34 examples using metoprolol for hypertension middle-aged people and youth and 34 examples of control group to the previous cases. And the al cases were folowed 1 year, observed the variable of blood pressure and heart rate. Results: The treatment using metoprolol were superior to the control group, with fewer side effects and wel tolerated.Conclusion:The treatment that using metoprolol for hypertension of middle-aged people and youth were high compliance rate、fewer side effects、fewer drug species and low dosage, have a significance to reduce the cardiovascular disease.
