目的:研究数字化门急诊平台的构建模式及近三年来的应用效果。方法分析医院门急诊工作及管理中存在的问题,设计可推广的数字化门急诊平台构建模式,以广州军区武汉总医院为实证研究对象,评估其近三年来的应用效果。结果数字化门急诊平台的构建有效改善了“挂号难”、“看病难”等一系列就医难题。结论数字化门急诊平台构建模式科学高效、实用性强、推广性强,在实证研究中达到了建设的预期目标,促进了医院管理水平、医疗质量、社会经济效益的显著提高与医院建设的全面发展。

목적:연구수자화문급진평태적구건모식급근삼년래적응용효과。방법분석의원문급진공작급관리중존재적문제,설계가추엄적수자화문급진평태구건모식,이엄주군구무한총의원위실증연구대상,평고기근삼년래적응용효과。결과수자화문급진평태적구건유효개선료“괘호난”、“간병난”등일계렬취의난제。결론수자화문급진평태구건모식과학고효、실용성강、추엄성강,재실증연구중체도료건설적예기목표,촉진료의원관리수평、의료질량、사회경제효익적현저제고여의원건설적전면발전。
Objective To study on the construction pattern of digitized platform for outpatient and emergency service and its applicative effects over past three years.Methods The problems existing in the management and works of outpatient and emergency service were analyzed, and the propagable construction pattern of digitized platform for outpatient and emer-gency service was designed.Finally, taking Wuhan General Hospital of Guangzhou Military as the research object for empiri-cal analysis, the applicative effects over past three years were evaluated.Results The construction of digitized platform for outpatient and emergency service effectively resolved the difficulties of registering and getting medical service and other medi-cal problems.Conclusion The construction model of digitized platform for outpatient and emergency service with strong prac-ticality and generalization is scientific, high-efficient and it has reached the expectations in the empirical research, enhan-cing the level of hospital management, quality of medical care, and significantly improving the social economic benefits and the integrated development of hospital construction.
