目的:调查中药饮片切制规格对中药汤剂煎煮质量的影响,为饮片切制规格的制定提供参考。方法参照医疗机构中药煎药的管理要求,统计笔者所在医院近3年的中药煎煮质量抽查记录。结果当前部分饮片切制过于粗大,难以煎透,且较难通过改进操作提高煎煮质量,成为降低中药汤剂质量的最大因素。结论建议新版《药典》制定符合煎煮要求的中药饮片切制规格,以利于充分煎出有效成分,确保临床疗效。

목적:조사중약음편절제규격대중약탕제전자질량적영향,위음편절제규격적제정제공삼고。방법삼조의료궤구중약전약적관리요구,통계필자소재의원근3년적중약전자질량추사기록。결과당전부분음편절제과우조대,난이전투,차교난통과개진조작제고전자질량,성위강저중약탕제질량적최대인소。결론건의신판《약전》제정부합전자요구적중약음편절제규격,이리우충분전출유효성분,학보림상료효。
Objective To investigate the key factors affecting the quality of traditional Chinese medicine decoction , and to improve its quality .Methods According to the management requirements of traditional Chinese medicine decoction in medical institu -tions, the records on traditional Chinese medicine decoction over 3 years were collected and analyzed .Results Currently, some de-coction pieces were too bulky , and the decoction quality was difficult to improve through operation optimization , which was the biggest factor undercutting the quality of decoction .Conclusion It is recommended that the new Pharmacopeia establish standard cutting re-quirements of decoction in order to boil out effective components and insure clinical curative effects .
