目的：探讨IL-27在非小细胞肺癌（Non-small-cell lung cancer，NSCLC）患者外周血中的表达。方法选取2012年12月～2014年3月在我院就诊的NSCLC患者50例。根据NSCLC分期，分为NSCLC Ⅰ期组、NSCLCⅡ期组、NSCLCⅢ期组、NSCLCⅣ期组；同时选取8名健康志愿者作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测各组研究对象外周血细胞因子IL-27、IL-12、IL-10的表达水平。结果各组外周血IL-27、IL-12、IL-10等炎症因子浓度进行比较，均存在统计学差异（ p＜0.05）；其中 NSCLC Ⅲ期和 NSCLC Ⅳ期的 IL-27和 IL-12浓度分别较其他组明显降低（ p ＜0.05），NSCLC Ⅲ期和 NSCLC Ⅳ期的 IL-10浓度分别较其他组明显升高（p ＜0.05）。外周血 IL-27、IL-12浓度与NSCLC分期呈负相关（p＜0.001），外周血IL-10浓度与NSCLC分期呈正相关（p＜0.001）。结论 IL-27可能参与了NSCLC相关炎症反应，IL-27可能是NSCLC治疗的潜在药物。

목적：탐토IL-27재비소세포폐암（Non-small-cell lung cancer，NSCLC）환자외주혈중적표체。방법선취2012년12월～2014년3월재아원취진적NSCLC환자50례。근거NSCLC분기，분위NSCLC Ⅰ기조、NSCLCⅡ기조、NSCLCⅢ기조、NSCLCⅣ기조；동시선취8명건강지원자작위대조조。채용매련면역흡부법검측각조연구대상외주혈세포인자IL-27、IL-12、IL-10적표체수평。결과각조외주혈IL-27、IL-12、IL-10등염증인자농도진행비교，균존재통계학차이（ p＜0.05）；기중 NSCLC Ⅲ기화 NSCLC Ⅳ기적 IL-27화 IL-12농도분별교기타조명현강저（ p ＜0.05），NSCLC Ⅲ기화 NSCLC Ⅳ기적 IL-10농도분별교기타조명현승고（p ＜0.05）。외주혈 IL-27、IL-12농도여NSCLC분기정부상관（p＜0.001），외주혈IL-10농도여NSCLC분기정정상관（p＜0.001）。결론 IL-27가능삼여료NSCLC상관염증반응，IL-27가능시NSCLC치료적잠재약물。
Objective To investigate the expression of IL-27 in peripheral blood of patients with non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods According to the tumorous grading and staging, 50 patients with NSCLC admitted in our hospi-tal were divided into NSCLC I group, NSCLC II group, NSCLC III group and NSCLC IV group, while 8 healthy volunteers as the control group.The expression level of IL-27, IL-12 and IL-10 were determined by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results There was significant difference between the groups in the concentration of IL-27, IL-12 and IL-10 in peripheral blood of patients with NSCLC (p<0.05).In NSCLC III and NSCLC IV groups, the concentrations of IL-27 and IL-12 were lower (p<0.05) and the concentration of IL-10 was higher (p<0.05) than those of other groups.In peripheral blood, the NSCLC grading and staging was negatively correlated to the concentrations of IL-27 and IL-12 but positively to the concentra-tion of IL-10 (p<0.001).Conclusion IL-27 may participate in the inflammation related to NSCLC, therefore, it may be a potential agent for NSCLC treatment.
