以HW50508变速箱为研究对象,在两中间轴工作齿轮相对常啮合齿轮偏转角度不同时,通过在两中间轴上各贴两组应变片,在输入扭矩为400 N·m的工况下,测试两中间轴的应变,再进行两应变的相对值计算,从而确定两中间轴各分担扭矩的百分比,以此验证双中间轴变速箱对齿精度对齿轮寿命影响的理论计算。

Taking HW50508 gearbox as research object, through 2 double intermediate gear relative constant mesh gear de-flection, double intermediate shaft on the two groups of strain gauge, under the condition of the input torque of 400 N·m and testing the strain and relative value of two strain calculated. The paper found the percentage of torque of double inter-mediate shaft, which was tested theoretical calculation of double intermediate shaft gearbox gear lifetime.
