目的：观察雷公藤多苷片联合替米沙坦治疗中老年IgA肾病的疗效。方法将60例40～65岁的IgA肾病患者随机分为治疗组与对照组。对照组给予替米沙坦片，治疗组给予雷公藤多苷片联合替米沙坦片，连续治疗12周。检测治疗前及治疗后24 h尿蛋白定量（U-TP/24 h）、血清半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C（Cystatin C，Cyst C）、人血白蛋白（Alb）、血清肌酐（Scr）、血清尿素氮（BUN）、丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）及血钾（K），评价两组降尿蛋白疗效及观察其不良反应。结果治疗后，治疗组与对照组比较，U-TP/24 h及Cyst C明显下降，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；而比较这两组Alb、Scr、BUN、ALT、AST及K差异均无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论雷公藤多苷片联合替米沙坦治疗IgA 肾病能明显降低尿蛋白，降低Cyst C 水平，治疗中未见明显不良反应。
목적：관찰뢰공등다감편연합체미사탄치료중노년IgA신병적료효。방법장60례40～65세적IgA신병환자수궤분위치료조여대조조。대조조급여체미사탄편，치료조급여뢰공등다감편연합체미사탄편，련속치료12주。검측치료전급치료후24 h뇨단백정량（U-TP/24 h）、혈청반광안산단백매억제제C（Cystatin C，Cyst C）、인혈백단백（Alb）、혈청기항（Scr）、혈청뇨소담（BUN）、병안산안기전이매（ALT）、천문동안산안기전이매（AST）급혈갑（K），평개량조강뇨단백료효급관찰기불량반응。결과치료후，치료조여대조조비교，U-TP/24 h급Cyst C명현하강，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）；이비교저량조Alb、Scr、BUN、ALT、AST급K차이균무통계학의의（P＞0．05）。결론뢰공등다감편연합체미사탄치료IgA 신병능명현강저뇨단백，강저Cyst C 수평，치료중미견명현불량반응。
Objective ToobservetheefficacyonIgAnephropathytreatedwithTripterygiumGlyco-sidesTabletsandTelmisartaninthemiddleandagedpatients.Methods SixtycasesofIgAnephropathy, aged from 40 to 65 years were randomized into a treatment group and a control group.In the control group, Telmisartan Tablets were prescribed.In the treatment group,Tripterygium Glycosides Tablets and Telmisartan Tablets were used in combination.The medication lasted for 12 weeks continuously in the two groups.The levels of U-TP/24 h,Cyst C,Alb,Scr,BUN,ALT,AST and K were determined before and after treatment. The efficacy of reducing urine protein was evaluated and the adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Results Aftertreatment,incomparisonbetweenthetreatmentgroupandthecontrolgroup,U-TP/24 h and Cyst C were reduced apparently,indicating the significant difference(P<0.05).The differences in Alb,Scr,BUN,ALT,ASTandKwerenotsignificantbetweenthetwogroups(P>0.05).Conclusion The allied medication of Tripterygium Glycosides Tablets and Telmisartan Tablets obviously reduces urine protein and Cyst C level and has no apparent adverse reactions in the treatment of IgA nephropathy.
