目的：观察中医药辨证论治对社区糖尿病前期患者的临床疗效。方法136例患者按数字表法随机分为两组：对照组70倒，予强化生活方式干预；治疗组66例，在对照组基础上加予中医辨证论治。比较两组治疗前后的空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2 h血糖（2 h PG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbAlc ）、血脂[总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）]、血压[收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）]、体重指数（BMI）及健康调查简表（SF-36）的变化。结果与治疗前比较，两组患者治疗后2 h PG、BMI明显下降（P＜0．05）。治疗组在降低FPG、2 h PG、TC、LDL-C均明显优于对照组（P＜0．05）；且 HDL -C 及 SF -36治疗组较对照组升高更明显（P＜0．05）；而干预后两组HbAlc、TG、BMI、血压的差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论中医药辨证论治联合生活方式干预对社区糖尿病前期患者有良好的治疗作用，较单纯生活方式干预更能改善临床症状，降低血糖，调节脂代谢，提高患者的生活质量，不良反应少，具有良好的临床应用前景。
목적：관찰중의약변증론치대사구당뇨병전기환자적림상료효。방법136례환자안수자표법수궤분위량조：대조조70도，여강화생활방식간예；치료조66례，재대조조기출상가여중의변증론치。비교량조치료전후적공복혈당（FPG）、찬후2 h혈당（2 h PG）、당화혈홍단백（HbAlc ）、혈지[총담고순（TC）、감유삼지（TG）、저밀도지단백담고순（LDL-C）、고밀도지단백담고순（HDL-C）]、혈압[수축압（SBP）、서장압（DBP）]、체중지수（BMI）급건강조사간표（SF-36）적변화。결과여치료전비교，량조환자치료후2 h PG、BMI명현하강（P＜0．05）。치료조재강저FPG、2 h PG、TC、LDL-C균명현우우대조조（P＜0．05）；차 HDL -C 급 SF -36치료조교대조조승고경명현（P＜0．05）；이간예후량조HbAlc、TG、BMI、혈압적차이무통계학의의（P＞0．05）。결론중의약변증론치연합생활방식간예대사구당뇨병전기환자유량호적치료작용，교단순생활방식간예경능개선림상증상，강저혈당，조절지대사，제고환자적생활질량，불량반응소，구유량호적림상응용전경。
Objective Toobservetheclinicalefficacyonprediabetesinthepatientsofthecommu-nity treated in terms of syndrome/pattern differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods Onehundredandthirtysixcaseswererandomizedintotwogroups.Inthecontrolgroup,70casesweretreated with intensified intervention of life style.In the treatment group,66 cases were treated according to syndrome/pattern differentiation in TCM besides the treatment as the control group.FPG,2 h PG,HbAlc,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,SBP,DBP,BMI and SF-36 score were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Re-sults Ascomparedwiththosebeforetreatment,2hPGandBMIwerereducedapparentlyaftertreatmentin the two groups.In the treatment group,the reducing degree of FPG,2 h PG,TC and LDL-C was much better than that in the control group(P<0.05)and HDL-C and SF-36 score were increased much obviously as compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the differences in HbAlc,TG,BMI and BPwerenotsignificantinthetwogroups(P>0.05).Conclusion TCMbasedonsyndrome/patterndifferenti-ation and intervention of life style achieve the good therapeutic effect on prediabetes in the patients of commu-nity.The simple life style intervention much relieves clinical symptoms,reduces BP,regulates lipid metabolism, improves life quality and has less adverse reactions.This therapy is much applicable in clinical practice.
