异构化原料分离塔是石油化工企业蒸馏装置主要的工艺设备之一。塔的投资费用约占整个工艺设备投资费用的25.4%,所占比例较大;其所耗用的钢材重量在各类工艺设备中也属较多。因此,若异构化原料分离塔能够一塔两用,将会为企业创造很大的经济效益。阐述了异构化原料分离塔的改造过程。首先对该塔进行材质分析;然后再采用SW6-2011过程设备强度计算软件对异构化原料分离塔进行强度校核;最后对该塔进行了结构改造:将原DN150进料口扩孔为DN250,并将进料口分布器重新进行了结构设计;新增1个DN80柴油抽出口,以满足工艺要求。改造后该塔可实现在原轻烃预分馏装置和新建的轻烃回收安稳装置间切换使用,大大减少了投资费用及能源的消耗,具有一定的经济价值,也为以后塔的改造提供一定的参考。

Isomerization material separation tower is one of the main process equipment in the distillation unit of petrochemical enterprises.The investment cost of tower accounts for about 25 .4% of the entire process equipment investment cost,it′s a large proportion.The consumption of steel weight in all kinds of process equipment is considerable.Therefore,if the isomerization material separation tower can be used in two different unit,it will create great economic benefits for the enterprise.This article expounds the retrofit process of isomerization material separation tower.First,the tower′s material was analyzed.Then SW6 -201 1 process equipment strength calculation software on isomerization material separation tower was used to calculate its strength.Finally carry on the structure retrofit to the tower:change the feed inlet from DN150 to DN250,and redesign the structure of the feed inlet distributor.Add one DN80 diesel outlet in order to meet the process requirements.The retrofit can realize that the tower switches to use between the original light hydrocarbon preliminary fractionation unit and the new light hydrocarbon recovery uint.This retrofit greatly reduces the investment cost and energy consumption,has certain economic value,and also provide some reference for the retrofit of the tower after.
