目的：观察加味逍遥颗粒改善肿瘤相关性抑郁患者抑郁情绪的疗效。方法采用自身前后对比法，以汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分（17条目）、T细胞亚群为观察指标。明确诊断肿瘤相关性抑郁患者62例，其中诊断为轻度肿瘤相关性抑郁患者39例，中度19例，重度4例。全部病例连续治疗2个疗程（14 d为1个疗程），于治疗第1、14、28天采集临床数据。结果肿瘤相关性抑郁患者经28 d治疗后总体有效率为56．4％。进一步分层比较：轻度、中度、重度组有效率分别为69．2％、32．8％、25％。治疗前后CD4＋、CD4＋/CD8＋数值较前明显上升，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论加味逍遥颗粒能在一定程度上缓解恶性肿瘤相关性抑郁患者抑郁情绪，改善细胞免疫功能。
목적：관찰가미소요과립개선종류상관성억욱환자억욱정서적료효。방법채용자신전후대비법，이한밀이돈억욱량표평분（17조목）、T세포아군위관찰지표。명학진단종류상관성억욱환자62례，기중진단위경도종류상관성억욱환자39례，중도19례，중도4례。전부병례련속치료2개료정（14 d위1개료정），우치료제1、14、28천채집림상수거。결과종류상관성억욱환자경28 d치료후총체유효솔위56．4％。진일보분층비교：경도、중도、중도조유효솔분별위69．2％、32．8％、25％。치료전후CD4＋、CD4＋/CD8＋수치교전명현상승，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론가미소요과립능재일정정도상완해악성종류상관성억욱환자억욱정서，개선세포면역공능。
Objective ToobservetheefficacyofJiaweiXiaoyaoKeliontumor-associateddepres-sioninthepatients.Methods Theself-comparisonmethodwasadopted.HAMDscore(17items)andT-cell subgroup were as indexes for observation.Sixty two cases were diagnosed clearly as tumor-associated depression,of which,39 cases were mild,19 cases moderate and 4 cases severe.All the cases were treated continuously for 2 sessions(14d treatment as 1 session).On the 1st,14th and 28th days,the clinical data werecollected.Results After28dtreatment,thetotaleffectiveratewas56.4%.Thefurtherhierarchycom-parison showed the effective rates were 69.2%,32.8% and 25% in the mild case group,moderate case group and the severe case group separately.CD4 +and CD4 +/CD8 +values after treatment were obviously in-creased as compared with those before treatment,indicating the significant differences(P<0.05 ).Conclu-sion ThemodifiedJiaweiXiaoyaoKelirelievesdepressioninthepatientsofmalignanttumorassociatedde-pression and improves cell immune function to a certain extent.
