目的:通过建立冬季的肾脏生理、病理模型来探讨褪黑素(MT)与“肾应冬”理论之间的联系。方法取清洁级SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、松果腺摘除伪手术组、松果腺摘除手术组、肾阳虚组。采用酶联免疫(ELISA)法分别检测血清中的Melatonin(褪黑素)、T3(三碘甲状腺原氨酸)、T4(甲状腺激素)的水平。结果松果腺摘除手术组和肾阳虚组大鼠血清中MT、T3、T4的含量明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。与松果腺摘除伪手术组相比较,松果腺摘除手术组和肾阳虚组大鼠血清MT、T3、T4的含量也明显降低(P<0.05)。结论松果腺摘除手术组和肾阳虚组的褪黑素的减少可能对T3、T4的分泌具有抑制作用,肾阳虚组褪黑素分泌的减少使肾应冬的能力下降。

목적:통과건입동계적신장생리、병리모형래탐토퇴흑소(MT)여“신응동”이론지간적련계。방법취청길급SD대서수궤분위정상대조조、송과선적제위수술조、송과선적제수술조、신양허조。채용매련면역(ELISA)법분별검측혈청중적Melatonin(퇴흑소)、T3(삼전갑상선원안산)、T4(갑상선격소)적수평。결과송과선적제수술조화신양허조대서혈청중MT、T3、T4적함량명현저우대조조(P<0.01)。여송과선적제위수술조상비교,송과선적제수술조화신양허조대서혈청MT、T3、T4적함량야명현강저(P<0.05)。결론송과선적제수술조화신양허조적퇴흑소적감소가능대T3、T4적분비구유억제작용,신양허조퇴흑소분비적감소사신응동적능력하강。
Objective Toexploretherelationshipbetweenmelatonin(MT)andthetheory“corre-spondence of kidney with winter”through setting up the physiological and pathological models kidney in win-ter.Methods Theclean-gradeSDratswererandomizedintoanormalcontrolgroup,apseudo-pinealec-tomy group,a pinealectomy group and a kidney yang deficiency group.ELISA method was adopted to deter-minethelevelsofMT,T3andT4.Results Inthepinealectomygroupandthekidneyyangdeficiencygroup, the levels of MT,T3 and T4 in serum were apparently lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).Com-pared with the pseudo-pinealectomy group,the levels of MT,T3 and T4 in serum were also apparently lower thanthoseinthepinealectomygroupandthekidneyyangdeficiencygroup(P<0.05).Conclusion The MT decrease in the pinealectomy group and the kidney yang deficiency group probably inhibits the secretion of T3 and T4.The MT decrease in the kidney yang deficiency group reduces the ability of kidney in corre-spondence with the winter.
