通过对现有积冰厚度测量方法的分析,提出了一种基于激光斑点的无标尺测量方法。该方法采用一台激光器和两台摄像机组成一套三维测量设备,根据两台摄像机中激光光斑的位置,通过影像计算得到其三维坐标,从而得到飞机表面的三维外形。在此基础上,构建三角网(TIN)模型。通过计算搜索冰面点到TIN模型的最短距离得到积冰厚度。实验结果表明,该方法的测量精度可以达到毫米级,数据处理速度可以达到3~5fps。

Through analysis of the existing icing thickness measurement methods, proposed no-gauge measuring method based on laser spot. The method used a laser and two cameras consisting of a three-dimensional measuring device, depending on the location of the laser spot in two cameras, which was calculated by the three-dimensional coordinates of the image, resulting in a three-dimensional shape of the plane surface. On this basis, built triangular irregular network (TIN) models. Searched the shortest distance from the point to the ice surface TIN models, get ice thickness. Experimental results show that the measurement accuracy of the method may millimeter level, the data processing speed can reach 3~5fps.
