针对目前小直径薄壁圆管多采用手工对接焊的现状,以提高生产效率和稳定焊接质量为目的,采用TIG管道自动焊接机实现了16Mn钢小直径圆管的焊接,研究了焊接电流和组对间隙对16Mn小直径薄壁圆管焊接接头的金相组织及力学性能的影响规律。研究结果表明,当焊接电流为90 A,组对间隙为1.0 mm时,16Mn钢焊接接头的质量最好;在组对间隙为1.0 mm时接头抗拉强度高于组对间隙为1.5 mm的抗拉强度,并且前者焊缝具有较好的韧性;熔合区中形成的少量珠光体和条状铁素体是其性能变差的主要原因。

At present, the small diameter thin wall thickness round steel pipes are usually welded by hand butt welding, in order to improve production efficiency and stabilize welding quality, adopting TIG pipeline automatic welding machine to weld 16Mn steel small diameter round pipe. In this article, it researched the influence rule of welding current and group gap on metallographic structure and mechanical properties of 16Mn steel small diameter round pipe. The result showed that the quality of 16Mn steel joints are the best when the welding current is 90 A and the group gap is 1.0 mm. The joint tensile strength of 1.0mm gap is higher than that of 1.5 mm gap, and the former is with better toughness. A small amount of pearlite and strip ferrite formed in the fusion zone are the main reason for other properties deviation.
