针对连续管水平井作业易产生螺旋屈曲,通过设计一种用于连续管水平井作业时的摩阻计算方案以确认连续管的最大安全下入深度。青海油田按此摩阻计算方案优化设计连续管水平井作业下入深度,成功应用了14井次,施工类型包括氮气泡沫冲砂、钻磨、测井、射孔和开关滑套等。现场应用结果表明,在连续管作业前进行下入深度预测和优化连续管材选择,可有效预防作业事故的发生,保证了连续管作业安全。

It is easy to generate helical buckling in CT horizontal well operation, a friction calculation scheme was designed to confirm the maximum safe running depth. It carried out optimal design the running depth of CT horizontal well operation in Qinghai oilfield, according to the above friction calculation scheme, and was successfully applied 14 times. The construction types include nitrogen foam sand flushing, drilling and grinding, logging well, perforation and switch sliding sleeve etc. The field application result showed that forecasting running depth and optimizing selection of CT materials before operation, can effectively prevent work accidents, and ensure operation safety.
