为了揭示制造业企业中产品创新与工艺创新间知识流动的过程,基于Petri网的一般知识流模型,构建了制造业企业产品创新与工艺创新知识流耦合模型与耦合过程模型。该模型在制造业企业产品创新与工艺创新知识流中引入耦合度、知识内化能力和知识外化能力3个变量。另外,基于耦合度对知识流耦合过程的作用,该模型以“超文本结构”知识节点对产品创新与工艺创新知识流耦合过程进行控制。研究结果表明,知识流耦合度是控制知识流量的关键要素,“超文本结构”知识节点能够对产品创新与工艺创新知识流耦合过程实施有效的控制。

With a focus on exploring the process of knowledge flow between product innovation activities and process innovation activities, based on the Petri net's general knowledge flow model, the product innovation and process in-novation knowledge flow coupling model and knowledge flow coupling process model were constructed. The two models introduced three variables regarding product innovation and process innovation knowledge flow of manufac-turing enterprises, which include degree of coupling, knowledge internalization ability and externalization ability. In addition, based on the influence of the degree of coupling on the knowledge flow coupling process, the two models applied the"hypertext structure" knowledge node to regulate this whole process. The research results show that the coupling degree of knowledge flow is the key point to control the knowledge flow, and the "hypertext structure"knowledge node can effectively regulate the knowledge flow coupling process of product innovation and process inno-vation.
