全断面岩石掘进机( TBM)刀盘支撑筋兼具溜碴与支撑的作用,设计了一种L形的刀盘支撑筋结构,建立了基于出碴性能的刀盘支撑筋结构理论计算模型。该模型根据具体复杂围岩边界条件和掘进控制参数来确定刀盘支撑筋的主要结构参数。以某型号TBM刀盘溜碴板处支撑筋设计问题为例,将改进的刀盘模型与传统刀盘结构进行对比,分析了刀盘的静、动态特性。结果表明:改进后的刀盘结构可以有效地降低刀盘盘面最大应力、变形和振动,改善振动特性,其中刀盘盘面总变形减小了3.23%,应力降低了3.5%,刀盘整体振动减小了12.35%。

The tunnel boring machine ( TBM ) cutterhead supporting ribs have both supporting and slipping func-tions. In this paper an L-shaped cutterhead supporting structure was designed and the theoretical computation model based on slipping performance was established. This theoretical model established the main structure parameters based on complicated rock boundary conditions and tunneling control parameters. This paper analyzes the static/dy-namic characteristics by comparing the improved cutterhead model with the original model taking TBM cutterhead supporting ribs on the slipping board as an example. The results show that the enhanced supporting ribs structure can effectively reduce the maximum stress, deformation and vibration of the cutterhead, thereby improving the vi-bration characteristics. The total deformation of the cutter-disk, stress and vibration of the whole cutterhead is re-duced by 3.23%,3.5% and 12.35%, respectively.
