对于磷酸镁水泥,选择使用原材料是重要的改性方法。为提高材料性能,通过变化聚合物乳液种类及掺量,试验研究聚合物对磷酸镁水泥的适用性。结果表明:聚合物乳液的物理性质粘度与改性磷酸镁水泥的密度、流动性及凝结时间有较紧密联系;而聚合物乳液的化学性质pH 值则可能是影响改性磷酸镁水泥力学性质的重要因素;合适的聚合物乳液在适宜掺量下能对改性磷酸镁水泥的抗压强度产生较小影响,提高材料的抗折强度与粘结强度,并显著增大断裂能;掺加聚合物乳液不改变磷酸镁水泥的水化产物类型,但显著影响水化产物的形貌与结构的密实程度。
對于燐痠鎂水泥,選擇使用原材料是重要的改性方法。為提高材料性能,通過變化聚閤物乳液種類及摻量,試驗研究聚閤物對燐痠鎂水泥的適用性。結果錶明:聚閤物乳液的物理性質粘度與改性燐痠鎂水泥的密度、流動性及凝結時間有較緊密聯繫;而聚閤物乳液的化學性質pH 值則可能是影響改性燐痠鎂水泥力學性質的重要因素;閤適的聚閤物乳液在適宜摻量下能對改性燐痠鎂水泥的抗壓彊度產生較小影響,提高材料的抗摺彊度與粘結彊度,併顯著增大斷裂能;摻加聚閤物乳液不改變燐痠鎂水泥的水化產物類型,但顯著影響水化產物的形貌與結構的密實程度。

The selection of suitable raw materials is an important method to improve the performance of magnesium phosphate cement.By changing the kind and amount of polymer emulsions added in magnesium phosphate cement,the applicability of polymers was studied.The results show that the viscosity of poly-mer emulsions is well correlated with the density,fluidity and setting time of modified magnesium phos-phate cement;the pH value of polymer emulsions is an important factor affecting the mechanical properties of modified magnesium phosphate cement;the effect of a suitable polymer emulsion and its dosage on the compressive strength of modified magnesium phosphate cement is comparatively less,but it can improve the bond strength and flexural strength of the material and significantly increase its fracture energy. Adding polymer emulsions does not change the type of hydration products.However,the morphology of hydrated products and its dense degree are significantly affected.
