The necessity and feasibility of developing literature retrieval teaching in the hospital is introduced .The concrete process of literature retrieval teaching in the hospital is discussed mainly from six aspects , including teaching objectives , teachers, teaching content selection, teaching form, teaching time and teaching method selection and learning assessment.And feasible suggestions are put forward.
