针对目前电力电缆广泛采用电缆沟敷设或地下直接敷设等方式,对运行中的电力绝缘状态难以评估,故障后的电力电缆修护检修难度大、成本高、耗费大量人力,并且严重影响供电可靠性等特点,文章研究一种基于规则库的电力电缆状态检测方法,将电缆的生命周期全过程进行定期检测,评估电力电缆的健康状况,诊断电气故障,消除安全隐患,有效提高电力电缆供电可靠性。
針對目前電力電纜廣汎採用電纜溝敷設或地下直接敷設等方式,對運行中的電力絕緣狀態難以評估,故障後的電力電纜脩護檢脩難度大、成本高、耗費大量人力,併且嚴重影響供電可靠性等特點,文章研究一種基于規則庫的電力電纜狀態檢測方法,將電纜的生命週期全過程進行定期檢測,評估電力電纜的健康狀況,診斷電氣故障,消除安全隱患,有效提高電力電纜供電可靠性。

In view of the current situation that the power cables are installed in ducts or directly buried under ground, the status of the cable in operation is difficult to be evaluated, the maintenance and repair of the failed cables is difficult, costly, and labor consumed, seriously impacting the reliability of power supply. This paper proposes a power cable status detection method based on rule base, it periodically detects the whole process of cable's lifetime period, and evaluate the health status of the cables, diagnoses the electric failure, eliminate safety risk, so that effectively improving the power supply reliability of the cables.
