目的：评价5-氨基酮戊二酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)治疗重度痤疮的临床疗效。方法：36例重度痤疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组(各18例)。治疗组给予 ALA-PDT 治疗,10天1次,共3次。对照组给予维胺酯50 mg 口服,日3次和过氧苯甲酰凝胶外涂,每晚1次,共4周。结果：治疗组在第4、8和12周的有效率分别为50％、66.6％和83.3％；对照组有效率分别为22.2％、33.3％和27.8％,两组差异均有统计学意义(均 P<0.05)。结论： ALA-PDT 是治疗重度痤疮的有效方法。
목적：평개5-안기동무이산광동력요법(ALA-PDT)치료중도좌창적림상료효。방법：36례중도좌창환자수궤분위치료조화대조조(각18례)。치료조급여 ALA-PDT 치료,10천1차,공3차。대조조급여유알지50 mg 구복,일3차화과양분갑선응효외도,매만1차,공4주。결과：치료조재제4、8화12주적유효솔분별위50％、66.6％화83.3％；대조조유효솔분별위22.2％、33.3％화27.8％,량조차이균유통계학의의(균 P<0.05)。결론： ALA-PDT 시치료중도좌창적유효방법。
Objective: To assess the therapeutic efficacy of photodynamic therapy (PDT) using topical 5-aminolevulinic acid (ALA) in the treatment of severe acne. Methods: Thirty six patients with refractory acne were divided into the treatment group and control group (18 patients in each group). The treatment group was treated with photodynamic therapy with 5-aminolevulinic acid (ALA-PDT), once every 10 days, for 3 times. The control group was treated with viaminate, 50 mg, 3 times a day and benzoyl peroxide, once a day, for 4 weeks. Results: The effective rates of ALA-PDT group were 50%, 66.6% and 83.3% at week 4, 8 and 12 week. The effective rates of control group were 22.2%, 33.3% and 27.8%. The differences between the two groups were significant (P<0.05%). Conclusion: ALA-PDT is effective in the treatment of severe acne.
