针对某试验设备飞轮装置在运行时出现轴承温升偏高的故障,对可能影响轴承温升的诸多因素进行试验与分析,并提出相应的改进措施。改进后的试验结果表明,通过增大换热面积、提高空气流速和改变密封结构可有效降低轴承温升,满足主机使用要求。

Aiming at the high temperature rise of bearings in a flywheel device for test equipment during the operation, the many possible factors influencing the temperature rise of bearings are experimentally analyzed.The corresponding improvement measures are proposed.The experimental results after improvement show that the temperature rise of bear-ings is effectively reduced by increasing heat transfer area,improving air flow speed and changing seal structure,and the operating requirements of host are satisfied.
