以磨床工件充退磁装置为研究对象,设计了基于BF531 DSP的机床工件自适应充退磁装置。其利用系统辨识方法对电磁吸盘励磁线圈参数进行在线辨识,根据辨识结果对电磁吸盘励磁线圈两端施加反向电压的时间进行自动调节,并通过试验验证了充退磁控制器的退磁效果和效率。
以磨床工件充退磁裝置為研究對象,設計瞭基于BF531 DSP的機床工件自適應充退磁裝置。其利用繫統辨識方法對電磁吸盤勵磁線圈參數進行在線辨識,根據辨識結果對電磁吸盤勵磁線圈兩耑施加反嚮電壓的時間進行自動調節,併通過試驗驗證瞭充退磁控製器的退磁效果和效率。

Taking the filling-demagnetization device for workpiece of grinder as a research object,the self-adaptive filling-demagnetization device is designed based on BF531 DSP.The on-line identification for excitation coil param-eter of electromagnetic chuck is carried out by using system identification method.Based on the identification result, the interval which the reverse -bias voltages apply on the excitation coil of electromagnetic chuck is self-adjusted. The demagnetization effectiveness and efficiency of filling-demagnetization controller are verified by experiment.
