针对大载荷条件下球与平面接触时存在的塑性变形,以弹性接触理论和弹塑性力学为基础,采用“有限应力分布”假设建立了球与平面弹塑性接触时接触载荷的解析关系式,但是该式中与接触变形和接触半径有关的函数k及接触半径无法直接得到,因而采用有限元分析方法对其进行求解,最终获得了球与平面弹塑性接触时接触载荷与接触变形间的计算关系式。

Aiming at the plastic deformation during contact between ball and plane under heavy load,based on elastic contact theory and elastic-plastic mechanics,the analytical relationship of contact load for elastic-plastic contact be-tween ball and plane is established with the hypothesis of"limited pressure distribution".Because the function of k as-sociated with contact deformation and contact radius and contact radius can't be obtained directly in this analytical for-mula,thus the finite element analysis method is adopted to solve.The relationship between contact load and contact de-formation during elastic-plastic contact between ball and plane is finally obtained.
