目的：探讨烧伤患者血浆N-末端脑利钠肽（ NT-proBNP）的变化对患者预后的评估价值。方法对39例严重热烧伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。其中男33例，女6例；烧伤面积30％～98％体表面积，平均（65.5％±23.68％）；年龄19～72岁，平均（36.8±16.8）岁。观察39名患者心力衰竭情况、血浆NT-proBNP、肌钙蛋白I（cTnT）、心功能和患者的预后情况。结果9例出现心力衰竭的烧伤患者 NT-proBNP是（1676.03±2190.41） pg/L，其中3例患者死亡。30例没有出现心力衰竭的烧伤患者NT-proBNP是（196.97±104.39）pg/L，其中1例患者死亡。心衰组与无心衰组两组死亡率差异有显著性意义（ p＜0.01）。结论严重烧伤患者合并出现心力衰竭死亡率高，NT-proBNP能很好地评估严重烧伤患者的预后。
목적：탐토소상환자혈장N-말단뇌리납태（ NT-proBNP）적변화대환자예후적평고개치。방법대39례엄중열소상환자적림상자료진행회고성분석。기중남33례，녀6례；소상면적30％～98％체표면적，평균（65.5％±23.68％）；년령19～72세，평균（36.8±16.8）세。관찰39명환자심력쇠갈정황、혈장NT-proBNP、기개단백I（cTnT）、심공능화환자적예후정황。결과9례출현심력쇠갈적소상환자 NT-proBNP시（1676.03±2190.41） pg/L，기중3례환자사망。30례몰유출현심력쇠갈적소상환자NT-proBNP시（196.97±104.39）pg/L，기중1례환자사망。심쇠조여무심쇠조량조사망솔차이유현저성의의（ p＜0.01）。결론엄중소상환자합병출현심력쇠갈사망솔고，NT-proBNP능흔호지평고엄중소상환자적예후。
Objective Severe burns often complicated with myocardial injury and heart failure.In order to investi-gate the burn patients plasma N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide ( NT-proBNP) assessment of the changes on progno-sis of the patients.Methods The clinical data of 39 cases of severe burn patients were retrospectively analyzed.Including 33 males and 6 females.Burn area of 30%~98% of body surface area, average(65.5%±23.68%), age 19 to 72 years, av-erage (36.8 ±16.8) years old.Observation of 39 patients with heart failure, plasma NT-proBNP, cardiac troponin I (cT-nT) , cardiac function and prognosis in patients with.Results 9 cases of heart failure patients with burn NT -proBNP is (1 676.03 ±2 190.41) pg/L, of which 3 patients died.30 cases of burn patients without heart failure NT -proBNP is (196.97 ±104.39)pg/L, of which 1 patients died.Heart failure group and without heart failure group two groups mortality was significantly difference (p<0.01).Conclusion severe burn patients with heart failure with high mortality, NT-proB-NP can well evaluate the prognosis of patients with severe burn.
