目的：观察参附注射液对胃肠道手术后肠功能恢复的影响。方法：60例随机分为两组，参附组30例手术当日起连用3天参附注射液，对照组30例仅行常规治疗。结果：参附组术毕肛门排气时间、拔胃管时间、进流质时间较短，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论：胃肠道手术后用参附注射液可促进胃肠功能恢复。
목적：관찰삼부주사액대위장도수술후장공능회복적영향。방법：60례수궤분위량조，삼부조30례수술당일기련용3천삼부주사액，대조조30례부행상규치료。결과：삼부조술필항문배기시간、발위관시간、진류질시간교단，여대조조비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.01）。결론：위장도수술후용삼부주사액가촉진위장공능회복。
To investigate the role of Shen-Fu (SF)injection on function recovery in patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery and analgesia.Methods:60 patientd undergoing elective gastrointestinal surgery were divided into control group randomly.SF group was treated with SF from surgery day 3days .When the surgery was over, the patent was treated with analgesia pump.Control group was the same as SF group except that SF injection was replaced by equal volume of normal saline.To observe anus exhaust time.Results:The anus exhaust time in SF group was shorter than that in control group significantly (P<0.01).Conclusions:SF injection can promote the intestinal function recover in patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery and postoperative analgesia.
