目的：探讨癌抗原C A 125在肺结核患者临床诊断中的应用价值，为肺结核的临床诊治提供参考。方法：将我院收治确诊为肺结核的患者92例作为研究对象分为肺实质浸润不伴胸腔积液者（A组）、肺实质浸润伴胸腔积液（B组）、仅有胸腔积液（C组）和结核球组（D组），并选取同期健康志愿者作为对照组，采用电化学发光法检测CA125，比较各组的差异。结果：肺结核组CA125检测值及阳性率均高于正常组，均 P＜0．05，差异有统计学意义。肺结核的不同亚组中，肺实质浸润伴胸腔积液（B组）和仅有胸腔积液（C组）C A 125检测结果相似，两组比较，P＞0．05，差异无统计学意义；肺实质浸润伴胸腔积液组最高，与其他组比较，P＜0．05，差异有统计学意义；结核球组最低，与其他组比较，P＜0．05，差异有统计学意义。结论：CA125对于肺结核的临床诊治具有一定的价值，可为不同类型肺结核患者临床诊治提供参考。

목적：탐토암항원C A 125재폐결핵환자림상진단중적응용개치，위폐결핵적림상진치제공삼고。방법：장아원수치학진위폐결핵적환자92례작위연구대상분위폐실질침윤불반흉강적액자（A조）、폐실질침윤반흉강적액（B조）、부유흉강적액（C조）화결핵구조（D조），병선취동기건강지원자작위대조조，채용전화학발광법검측CA125，비교각조적차이。결과：폐결핵조CA125검측치급양성솔균고우정상조，균 P＜0．05，차이유통계학의의。폐결핵적불동아조중，폐실질침윤반흉강적액（B조）화부유흉강적액（C조）C A 125검측결과상사，량조비교，P＞0．05，차이무통계학의의；폐실질침윤반흉강적액조최고，여기타조비교，P＜0．05，차이유통계학의의；결핵구조최저，여기타조비교，P＜0．05，차이유통계학의의。결론：CA125대우폐결핵적림상진치구유일정적개치，가위불동류형폐결핵환자림상진치제공삼고。
Objective:To investigate the value of cancer antigen CA125 in the diagnosis of pulmonary tu-berculosis ,in order to provide reference for the diagnosis .Methods :92 patients diagnosed with tuberculosis were chosed as the study subjects and were divided into parenchymal infiltrates without pleural effusion (Group A) ,pa-renchymal infiltration with pleural effusion (Group B) ,only pleural effusion(Group C)cases and tuberculosis ball (Group D) ,and 50 healthy volunteers in the same period were chosed for the study and the CA125 was determined . Results :The CA125 values and positive rate of the TB group were significantly higher than those in the normal group ,all P<0 .05 ,the difference was statistically significant .The different Tuberculosis subgroups ,the CA125 of the parenchymal infiltration with pleural effusion (B group) and only pleural effusion (C group) were similar( P>0 .05) ,the difference was not statistically significant .The CA125 of the lung parenchyma infiltration with pleural ef-fusion group was the highest ,and there was significant difference compared with other groups , P < 0 .05 .The CA125 of the uberculosis ball group was the least ,and there was significant difference compared with other groups , P <0 .05 .Conclusion :The C125 has a certain value for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis ,and could provide reference for different types tuberculosis .
