建立一种适用于蒸馏酒中氨基甲酸乙酯的检测方法。采用减压蒸馏法除去样品中的乙醇;以乙腈-0.1%甲酸为流动相,经 C18柱高效液相色谱分离,选择电喷雾正离子模式,以质子化氨基甲酸乙酯分子离子[M+H]+90.055为定量离子进行检测。结果表明,在10~500μg/L 浓度范围内氨基甲酸乙酯呈线性,其相关系数>0.999,方法精密度为6.4%,加标回收率为86%~117%。本方法操作简单,检测时间短,灵敏度高,结果精确。
建立一種適用于蒸餾酒中氨基甲痠乙酯的檢測方法。採用減壓蒸餾法除去樣品中的乙醇;以乙腈-0.1%甲痠為流動相,經 C18柱高效液相色譜分離,選擇電噴霧正離子模式,以質子化氨基甲痠乙酯分子離子[M+H]+90.055為定量離子進行檢測。結果錶明,在10~500μg/L 濃度範圍內氨基甲痠乙酯呈線性,其相關繫數>0.999,方法精密度為6.4%,加標迴收率為86%~117%。本方法操作簡單,檢測時間短,靈敏度高,結果精確。

A method for detecting ethyl carbamate in distilled liquor had been developed. Firstly, alcohol in liquor samples was removed by vacu-um distillation, then acetonitrile and 0.1 % formic acid used as mobile phase, and liquor samples were separated by C18 column HPLC, electro-spray positive ion mode was selected, and [M+H]+ 90.055 was used as the quantitative ion for the detection. The experimental results showed that, ethyl carbamate was linear within the concentration range of 10~ 500 μg/L, its correlation coefficient was above 0.999, the precision was 6.4 %, and the recovery rate was between 86 % and 117 %. HPLC-MS for the detection of ethyl carbamate in distilled liquor had the advantages includ-ing simple operation, short detection time, high sensitivity, and precise detecting results etc.
