用 SPE-GC/MS 选择离子模式,内标法对酱香型白酒中氨基甲酸乙酯进行定性定量分析,优化了内标物、固相萃取柱、洗脱液、干燥剂用量等实验条件。结果表明,在10.0~1000.0μg/L 标准曲线范围内线性良好,相关系数r =1.0000。样品加标回收率为87.1%~99.6%,相对标准偏差为2.1%~3.4%,检出限为1.0μg/L,该方法满足白酒中痕量氨基甲酸乙酯分析测定要求,并应用于市售酱香型白酒中氨基甲酸乙酯的分析测定。

용 SPE-GC/MS 선택리자모식,내표법대장향형백주중안기갑산을지진행정성정량분석,우화료내표물、고상췌취주、세탈액、간조제용량등실험조건。결과표명,재10.0~1000.0μg/L 표준곡선범위내선성량호,상관계수r =1.0000。양품가표회수솔위87.1%~99.6%,상대표준편차위2.1%~3.4%,검출한위1.0μg/L,해방법만족백주중흔량안기갑산을지분석측정요구,병응용우시수장향형백주중안기갑산을지적분석측정。
SPE-GC/MS (ion mode selected, internal standard method adopted) was employed for qualitative and quantitative analysis of ethyl car-bamate in Jiangxiang Baijiu(liquor). The relative technical conditions (internal standard substances, solid phase extraction column, and the use level of eluent and drying agents etc.) had been optimized. The results showed that, there was a good linear relationship within the range of 10.0~1000.0 μg/L, correlation coefficient r=1.0000, sample recovery rate was 87.1 %~ 99.6 %, the relative standard deviation was 2.1 %~ 3.4 %, and the detection limit was 1.0 μg/L. Such method could meet the requirements for the detection of trace ethyl carbamate in liquor and it could be also used for the detection of ethyl carbamate in commercially available Jiangxiang Baijiu(liquor).
