The inductively coupled plasma ( ICP-MS ) technique was applied for the determination of inorganic elements in liquor-making raw materials. In the experiments, 40 kinds of inorganic elements in liquor-making raw materials were assayed by ICP-MS. The results indicated that, such method had the advantages including simple and fast operation, and high-accuracy.
