生物乙醇精馏脱水技术是控制产品质量、产品收率及整个生产过程公用工程消耗的关键。综述了食用酒精、无水乙醇和燃料乙醇等产品的精馏脱水精制生产工艺及应用效果。五塔差压精馏技术作为低能耗的特级食用酒精生产技术,是口感要求严格的健康的液态基白酒主流生产技术;分子筛脱水设备与技术以清洁低碳的技术特点成为无水乙醇生产首选技术;复杂塔系多级热耦合精馏及脱水生产技术逐渐成为非粮燃料乙醇的主流生产技术。
生物乙醇精餾脫水技術是控製產品質量、產品收率及整箇生產過程公用工程消耗的關鍵。綜述瞭食用酒精、無水乙醇和燃料乙醇等產品的精餾脫水精製生產工藝及應用效果。五塔差壓精餾技術作為低能耗的特級食用酒精生產技術,是口感要求嚴格的健康的液態基白酒主流生產技術;分子篩脫水設備與技術以清潔低碳的技術特點成為無水乙醇生產首選技術;複雜塔繫多級熱耦閤精餾及脫水生產技術逐漸成為非糧燃料乙醇的主流生產技術。

The distillation and dehydration of bioethanol is the key to bioethanol quality control, bioethanol yield, and energy consumption. In this paper, the distillation and dehydration process of edible alcohol, anhydrous ethanol and bio-fuel ethanol was reviewed. Five-tower differential pressure distillation, as low energy consumption technology, is recommended for edible ethanol. Molecular sieve absorption dehydration, featured by clean and low carbon, is recommended for anhydrous ethanol. And complex tower thermally coupled distillation and dehydration has gradually become the mainstream production technology for non-grains fuel ethanol.
