通过对升流式厌氧污泥床、厌氧膨胀颗粒污泥床和厌氧内循环反应器3种工艺对古井贡酒酿造车间底锅水进行厌氧处理的对比分析,发现厌氧内循环反应器工艺稍好于其他2种工艺,在此基础上根据该酿造车间底锅水性质设计一种新的高效GJ厌氧反应器。

Three kinds of technology for the processing of pot bottom water in distilleries including up-flow anaerobic sludge bed, anaerobic ex-panded granular sludge bed, and anaerobic internal circulation reactor were compared in this study. It was found that the technology of anaerobic internal circulation reactor was the best choice. On this basis, a new high-efficiency GJ anaerobic reactor had been designed successfully accord-ing to the nature of bottom water in the plant of Gujing Gongjiu Distillery.
