大豆脱皮效果直接影响着豆粕质量和出油率。本研究对大豆脱皮器内格栅栏进行改造,用无缝钢管替换格栅栏内的钢筋,外接进出回水管,通入蒸汽回水,在脱皮器内对物料施以二次加热。改造后可实现吨料每小时节约饱和蒸汽3.4kg,大豆脱皮率由70%提升至89%。

Soybean peeling effect is a direct acting factor on soybean meal quality an d oil yield. Grille in soybean peeling aspirator was being improved; steel reinforcement was replaced with seamless steel tube; return pipe was exter-nal, and steam was reused for secondary heating material in peeling device. Modified soybean peeling aspirator could achieve savings saturated steam 3.4kg/t·h, soybean peeling rate increased to 89%from 70%.
