以十七酸甲酯为内标物,求取了十七酸甲酯相对于棕榈酸甲酯、硬脂酸甲酯、油酸甲酯、亚油酸甲酯和亚麻酸甲酯的校正因子。通过气相色谱面积归一化法对油脂中脂肪酸绝对含量进行了测定,所得结果准确,具有较强的实用价值。
以十七痠甲酯為內標物,求取瞭十七痠甲酯相對于棕櫚痠甲酯、硬脂痠甲酯、油痠甲酯、亞油痠甲酯和亞痳痠甲酯的校正因子。通過氣相色譜麵積歸一化法對油脂中脂肪痠絕對含量進行瞭測定,所得結果準確,具有較彊的實用價值。

Using methyl heptadecanoate as internal standard, relative correction factors were acquired between methyl heptadecanoate and methyl palmitatek, methyl stearate, methyl oleate, methyl linoleate and Methyl linolenate. Absolute triglyceride content of soybean oil was determined by gas chromatography area normalization method. Result was accurate, determination method was practical.
