目的:观察疏血通注射液对矽肺患者D-二聚体、血纤维蛋白原的影响。方法矽肺患者60例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例,两组均给予常规治疗,治疗组加用疏血通注射液,疗程14 d。观察两组治疗前后的临床症状、肺通气功能、D-二聚体、血纤维蛋白原的变化。结果对照组总有效率为73.3%,治疗组为83.3%,治疗组疗效好于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,治疗后治疗组肺通气功能改善明显,血D-二聚体、血纤维蛋白原显著下降(P<0.05)。结论疏血通注射液可改善矽肺患者的血液高凝和高黏滞状态,从而缓解临床症状,提高肺通气功能。

목적:관찰소혈통주사액대석폐환자D-이취체、혈섬유단백원적영향。방법석폐환자60례,안수궤수자표법분위치료조여대조조,매조30례,량조균급여상규치료,치료조가용소혈통주사액,료정14 d。관찰량조치료전후적림상증상、폐통기공능、D-이취체、혈섬유단백원적변화。결과대조조총유효솔위73.3%,치료조위83.3%,치료조료효호우대조조(P<0.05)。여대조조비교,치료후치료조폐통기공능개선명현,혈D-이취체、혈섬유단백원현저하강(P<0.05)。결론소혈통주사액가개선석폐환자적혈액고응화고점체상태,종이완해림상증상,제고폐통기공능。
Objective To explore the effect of Shuxuetong injection on the D-dimer and blood fibrinogen in patients with silicosis.Methods Sixty patients with silicosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group ,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups received the conventional therapy.The patients in the treatment group were given Shuxuetong injection additionally.The treatment lasted for 14 days.The changes in clinical symptoms ,pulmonary ventilation function , D-dimmer and blood fibrinogen were observed after treatment in two groups .Results The total effective rate in the control group was 73 .3%, while in the treatment group was 83 .3%, the treatment group showed a better efficacy compared with control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pulmonary ventilation function in the treatment group improved significantly while the blood D-dimer and blood fibrinogen decreased significantly in contrast with those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Shuxuetong injection can improve the blood state of high pour-point and high viscosity in patients with silicosis so as to relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the pulmonary ventilation function .
