目的:探讨食管鳞状细胞癌中血管内皮生长因子 A( VEGF-A)的表达及临床意义。方法60例食管鳞状细胞癌患者,应用免疫组织化学法检测肿瘤组织及其癌旁组织 VEGF-A表达、微血管密度( MVD)及微淋巴管密度( MLVD),分析VEGF-A表达与食管鳞癌患者临床病理资料、MVD及MLVD的关系。结果食管鳞状细胞癌组织VEGF-A表达阳性率、光密度值均明显高于正常食管组织( P均<0.05);VEGF-A光密度值在食管癌患者不同临床分期、浸润深度比较,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05),临床Ⅲ期、浸润深度T3期食管癌患者VEGF-A光密度值较高;VEGF-A表达阳性组患者MVD密度高于阴性组患者(P<0.05)。结论 VEGF-A在食管鳞状细胞癌组织呈高表达,可以指导判断临床分期与浸润深度。

목적:탐토식관린상세포암중혈관내피생장인자 A( VEGF-A)적표체급림상의의。방법60례식관린상세포암환자,응용면역조직화학법검측종류조직급기암방조직 VEGF-A표체、미혈관밀도( MVD)급미림파관밀도( MLVD),분석VEGF-A표체여식관린암환자림상병리자료、MVD급MLVD적관계。결과식관린상세포암조직VEGF-A표체양성솔、광밀도치균명현고우정상식관조직( P균<0.05);VEGF-A광밀도치재식관암환자불동림상분기、침윤심도비교,차이유통계학의의(P균<0.05),림상Ⅲ기、침윤심도T3기식관암환자VEGF-A광밀도치교고;VEGF-A표체양성조환자MVD밀도고우음성조환자(P<0.05)。결론 VEGF-A재식관린상세포암조직정고표체,가이지도판단림상분기여침윤심도。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of vascular endothelial growth factor A( VEGF-A) in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma .Methods Sixty patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were detected for the expression of VEGF-A,microvessel density ( MVD) and microlymphatic vessel density ( MLVD) in tumor tissues and their adjacent tissues by immunohistochemistry ,the relationship of VEGF-A expression with clinical pathological data ,MVD and MLVD of patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was analyzed . Results The positive rate of VEGF-A expression ,optical density in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues were significantly higher than those in normal esophageal tissues ( all P<0 .05 ) .There was no significant difference in the VEGF-A optical density among patients with esophageal cancer of different clinical stages or different depths of invasion (all P<0.05).The patients with esophageal cancer of clinical stage Ⅲ and depth of invasion of T3 stage showed a higher VEGF-A light density .The MVD of patients with positive VEGF-A expression was higher than that of patients with negative VEGF-A expression ( P <0 .05 ) .Conclusion The high expression of VEGF-A is observed in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues , which might provide a guidance for the judgment of clinical stage and depth of invasion .
