目的：探讨运动训练对尿毒症血液透析患者焦虑抑郁的影响。方法尿毒症血液透析患者120例随机分为实验组和对照组各60例。对照组接受常规护理，实验组在常规护理的基础上进行每周3次共12周的运动训练。采用自评焦虑量表和自评抑郁量表评估干预前后两组患者焦虑、抑郁的情况。结果实验组患者干预后焦虑、抑郁评分明显低于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论运动训练可以改善尿毒症血液透析患者的焦虑抑郁状态。
목적：탐토운동훈련대뇨독증혈액투석환자초필억욱적영향。방법뇨독증혈액투석환자120례수궤분위실험조화대조조각60례。대조조접수상규호리，실험조재상규호리적기출상진행매주3차공12주적운동훈련。채용자평초필량표화자평억욱량표평고간예전후량조환자초필、억욱적정황。결과실험조환자간예후초필、억욱평분명현저우대조조（P＜0．05）。결론운동훈련가이개선뇨독증혈액투석환자적초필억욱상태。
Objective To discuss the influence of exercise training on anxiety and depression of hemodialysis patients with uremia .Methods One hundred and twenty hemodialysis patients with uremia were randomly divided into experimental group and control group , with 60 cases in each group .The control group received routine nursing care.On the basis of routine nursing care ,the experimental group received exercise training three times a week for 12 weeks.Zung′s self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depress scale were used to assess anxiety and depression of patients in two groups before and after intervention.Results Anxiety and depression scores of patients in the experimental group after intervention were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Exercise training can improve the anxiety and depression of hemodialysis patients with uremia .
