目的:探讨超重肥胖成人肺通气功能与氧化应激之间的关系。方法对305例健康体检者进行身高、体重、腰围、血压、肺通气功能测量,空腹采静脉血检测 C 反应蛋白( CRP )、高敏 C 反应蛋白( hs-CRP)、超氧化物歧化酶( SOD),回归分析肺通气功能指标与氧化应激间的关系。结果超重组和肥胖组用力肺活量(FVC)、第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1/FVC低于正常组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。与正常组相比,超重组和肥胖组中SOD明显减低,肥胖组中的hs-CRP明显升高( P<0.05或P<0.01)。与超重组比,肥胖组hs-CRP明显升高(P<0.05)。代谢指标中CRP、hs-CRP、SOD与肺功能有相关性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论肥胖导致肺通气功能受损,炎症反应和氧化应激可能与肺通气功能改变有关。

목적:탐토초중비반성인폐통기공능여양화응격지간적관계。방법대305례건강체검자진행신고、체중、요위、혈압、폐통기공능측량,공복채정맥혈검측 C 반응단백( CRP )、고민 C 반응단백( hs-CRP)、초양화물기화매( SOD),회귀분석폐통기공능지표여양화응격간적관계。결과초중조화비반조용력폐활량(FVC)、제일초용력호기용적(FEV1)、FEV1/FVC저우정상조(P<0.05혹P<0.01)。여정상조상비,초중조화비반조중SOD명현감저,비반조중적hs-CRP명현승고( P<0.05혹P<0.01)。여초중조비,비반조hs-CRP명현승고(P<0.05)。대사지표중CRP、hs-CRP、SOD여폐공능유상관성(P<0.05혹P<0.01)。결론비반도치폐통기공능수손,염증반응화양화응격가능여폐통기공능개변유관。
Objective To investigate the relationship of pulmonary ventilation function and oxidative stress in overweight adults. Methods Height, weight, waist circumference, blood pressure and pulmonary function of 305 health examination adults were measured. Venous blood were collected and C-reactive protein ( CRP) , high-sensitivi-ty C-reactive protein ( hs-CRP) and superoxide dismutase ( SOD) were measured. The relationship between pulmona-ry functions and oxidative stress was analyzed. Results Compared with the normal weight group, FVC, FEV1 and FEV1/FVC were significantly decreased in the overweight group and the obesity group (P<0. 05 or P<0. 01). Com-pared with the normal weight group, SOD of the overweight group and the obesity group decreased significantly, the hs-CRP of the obesity group increased significantly (P<0. 05 or P<0. 01). Compared with the overweight group hs-CRP of the obesity group were significantly increased (P<0. 05). Among the metabolic indexes, CRP, hs-CRP and SOD were related with pulmonary function ( P<0. 05 or P<0. 01 ) . Conclusion Obesity can damage pulmonary function. Inflammatory response and oxidative stress may related with changes of pulmonary function.
