目的：对256层螺旋CT检查肺撕裂伤的结果进行分析。方法对我院146例肺撕裂伤患者的临床资料以及CT检查结果进行回顾性分析。结果146例患者中，右肺上叶、中叶、下叶分别为48例、26例、80例，左肺上叶、下叶分别为54例、64例。共累计224个病灶，其中肺周边区及胸膜下的病灶占78．57%(176个病灶)，肺中心区域的病灶占21．43%(48个病灶)，病灶位置相比差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。并且肺周边区及胸膜下病灶累及一个肺叶、两个肺叶的数量远远多于肺中心区域，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。 CT检查显示，气液囊组的人数与其他两组相比，差异有统计学意义(P<0．01)。而且气液囊组的病灶数也远远多于气囊组和血肿组，差异有统计学意义( P<0．01)。同时，血肿组患者的病灶大小明显小于其他两组，差异有统计学意义(P<0．01)。结论256层螺旋CT用于肺撕裂伤检查及诊断效果较佳，对此病症的救治极具参考价值，值得广泛应用。
목적：대256층라선CT검사폐시렬상적결과진행분석。방법대아원146례폐시렬상환자적림상자료이급CT검사결과진행회고성분석。결과146례환자중，우폐상협、중협、하협분별위48례、26례、80례，좌폐상협、하협분별위54례、64례。공루계224개병조，기중폐주변구급흉막하적병조점78．57%(176개병조)，폐중심구역적병조점21．43%(48개병조)，병조위치상비차이유통계학의의(P<0．05)。병차폐주변구급흉막하병조루급일개폐협、량개폐협적수량원원다우폐중심구역，차이유통계학의의(P<0．05)。 CT검사현시，기액낭조적인수여기타량조상비，차이유통계학의의(P<0．01)。이차기액낭조적병조수야원원다우기낭조화혈종조，차이유통계학의의( P<0．01)。동시，혈종조환자적병조대소명현소우기타량조，차이유통계학의의(P<0．01)。결론256층라선CT용우폐시렬상검사급진단효과교가，대차병증적구치겁구삼고개치，치득엄범응용。
Objective To explore the value of 256-slice spiral CT ( MSCT) in the diagnosis of pulmonary laceration. Methods The clinical data and CT examination results of 146 patients with pulmonary laceration were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were 48 cases of right upper lobe, 26 cases of right middle lobe, and 80 ca-ses of right lower lobe. There were 54 cases of left upper lobe and 64 cases of left lower lobe respectively. There were 224 lesions, including 78. 57% of pulmonary peripheral area and sub pulmonary laceration lesions (176 lesions), and 21. 43% of lung lesions of the central region (48 lesions). There were significant differences in pulmonary pe-ripheral area and sub pulmonary laceration lesions, and the number of two normal center area (P<0. 05). CT exam-ination showed significant difference between the number of gas and liquid capsule group and the other two groups ( P<0. 01). Conclusion The diagnosis effect of 256-slice CT for pulmonary laceration checking is good.
