目的：探讨白细胞介素4受体( interleukin-4 receptor,IL-4R)基因多态性与青岛地区汉族成人哮喘的相关性。方法采用SNaP shot单核苷酸多态性( single nucleotide polymorphisms, SNP)分型技术对400例哮喘患者和200名正常对照的IL-4R基因rs3024619、rs2057768和rs3024585共3个多态位点的基因多态性进行检测。结果 IL-4R基因rs3024619、rs2057768和rs3024585共3个多态位点的基因型频率分布在对照组与哮喘组间差异无统计学意义( P >0．05)。结论 IL-4R 基因3个多态位点( rs3024619、rs2057768和rs3024585)与青岛地区汉族成人哮喘不存在相关性。

Objective To assess the association between polymorphism of interleukin-4 receptor gene and bronchial asthma in a population of Han nationality in Qingdao. Methods Three polymorphism sites, rs3024619, rs2057768 and rs3024585, were detected by Snapshot. Results About rs3024619, rs2057768 and rs3024585, there was no significant difference between the asthma group and the control group in the frequencies of genotypes ( P>0. 05). Conclusion The study shows that the polymorphisms of IL-4R (rs3024619, rs2057768 and rs3024585) is not associated with asthma in Han nationality in Qingdao.
