目的：评估初产妇行剖宫产术前后应用纽曼护理模式对其术后康复以及心理状态的影响。方法：选取2011年10月～2013年5月来我院行剖宫产的初产妇，随机分为两组，观察组34例，采取纽曼护理模式，对照组32例，采取剖宫产围术期常规护理方式。比较两组产妇手术前后抑郁相关自评量表（即SDS）、焦虑相关自评量表（即SAS）分数以及术后康复的情况。结果：经纽曼护理后，观察组SDS、SAS评分较对照组明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；观察组的术后康复情况（术后住院时间、排气时间、排便时间）均明显改善，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：对行剖宫产术的初产妇，实行纽曼护理能够明显改善产妇焦虑和抑郁状态，有利于产妇术后康复，值得临床推广。
목적：평고초산부행부궁산술전후응용뉴만호리모식대기술후강복이급심리상태적영향。방법：선취2011년10월～2013년5월래아원행부궁산적초산부，수궤분위량조，관찰조34례，채취뉴만호리모식，대조조32례，채취부궁산위술기상규호리방식。비교량조산부수술전후억욱상관자평량표（즉SDS）、초필상관자평량표（즉SAS）분수이급술후강복적정황。결과：경뉴만호리후，관찰조SDS、SAS평분교대조조명현강저，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）；관찰조적술후강복정황（술후주원시간、배기시간、배편시간）균명현개선，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론：대행부궁산술적초산부，실행뉴만호리능구명현개선산부초필화억욱상태，유리우산부술후강복，치득림상추엄。
Objective: Impact assessment before and after cesarean section primipara with Newman nursing on rehabilitation of postoperative and psychological state. Methods:from 2011 October-2013 year in May my courtyard to cesarean section primipara, were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group of 34 cases, take Newman nursing mode, the control group of 32 cases, cesarean section perioperative nursing mode. Before and after operation were compared between the two groups related to the depression self rating scale (SDS), self rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) scores and postoperative rehabilitation of. Results after Newman nursing, the observation group SDS, SAS score was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);rehabilitation group (time, postoperative exhaust time, hospitalization time of defecation after operation)were significantly improved, a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusions cesarean section, the Newman nursing can significantly improve maternal anxiety and depression, and conducive to the maternal postoperative rehabilitation, is worth the clinical promotion.
