目的：探讨用中西医结合疗法治疗中风后抑郁患者的临床效果。方法：将2011年3月至2013年3月我院收治的42例中风后抑郁患者随机分为对照组和试验组，每组各21例患者。为对照组患者使用氟西汀进行治疗，为试验组患者在使用氟西汀的基础上加用活血疏郁汤进行治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：试验组患者的临床疗效优于对照组患者，差异显著(p<0.05)，有统计学意义。在进行治疗后，试验组患者的HAMD评分低于对照组患者，差异显著(p<0.05)，有统计学意义。结论：用中西医结合疗法治疗中风后抑郁可有效缓解患者的抑郁症状，改善其不良心理，提高其生活质量，取得确切的疗效，此法值得在临床上推广应用。
목적：탐토용중서의결합요법치료중풍후억욱환자적림상효과。방법：장2011년3월지2013년3월아원수치적42례중풍후억욱환자수궤분위대조조화시험조，매조각21례환자。위대조조환자사용불서정진행치료，위시험조환자재사용불서정적기출상가용활혈소욱탕진행치료，비교량조환자적치료효과。결과：시험조환자적림상료효우우대조조환자，차이현저(p<0.05)，유통계학의의。재진행치료후，시험조환자적HAMD평분저우대조조환자，차이현저(p<0.05)，유통계학의의。결론：용중서의결합요법치료중풍후억욱가유효완해환자적억욱증상，개선기불양심리，제고기생활질량，취득학절적료효，차법치득재림상상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of integrative medicine on 21 cases with depression after stroke. Methods 42 patients with depression after stroke were chose in recent years and randomly divided into two groups including control group with Fluoxetine orally treatment and integrative medicine treatment group with Huoxueshuyu soup on the basis of control group treatment; and the improvement total efficiency, HAMD depression scale score before and after treatment of both groups were compared. Results The improvement total efficiency of integrative medicine treatment group were significantly better than control group(p<0.05). The HAMD depression scale score of both groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment(p<0.05); the decreasing degree of integrative medicine treatment group after treatment were significantly higher than control group(p<0.05). Conclusion Compared with western medicine lonely,integrative medicine on depression after stroke can efficiently improve clinical symptoms.
