目的：临床药师对医院三种Ⅰ类清洁手术（甲状腺手术、乳腺手术、疝气修补术）抗菌药物预防应用的干预效果评价。方法分别抽取普外科2012年1-6月份出院的三种Ⅰ类清洁手术干预前病例189例和2012年7-12月份出院的三种Ⅰ类清洁手术干预后病例165例，对抗菌药物预防应用的临床合理性进行评价。结果经过临床药师干预，清洁手术围术期患者预防应用抗菌药物在临床适应证、药物的选择、用法用量、用药时机、给药途径、溶媒选择等各方面较干预前均得到明显改善。结论临床药师对围术期预防应用抗菌药物进行干预的方法是可行和有效的，能促进临床合理使用抗菌药物，优化医疗资源使用，对促进抗菌药物临床安全、有效、经济的应用可起到良好的效果。
목적：림상약사대의원삼충Ⅰ류청길수술（갑상선수술、유선수술、산기수보술）항균약물예방응용적간예효과평개。방법분별추취보외과2012년1-6월빈출원적삼충Ⅰ류청길수술간예전병례189례화2012년7-12월빈출원적삼충Ⅰ류청길수술간예후병례165례，대항균약물예방응용적림상합이성진행평개。결과경과림상약사간예，청길수술위술기환자예방응용항균약물재림상괄응증、약물적선택、용법용량、용약시궤、급약도경、용매선택등각방면교간예전균득도명현개선。결론림상약사대위술기예방응용항균약물진행간예적방법시가행화유효적，능촉진림상합리사용항균약물，우화의료자원사용，대촉진항균약물림상안전、유효、경제적응용가기도량호적효과。
Objective To assess the effect of clinical pharmacist's intervening in the antibiotic medicine application for thyroid surgery,breast surgery and hernia repair surgery (3 cleaning operations).Methods A total of 189 cases (before the intervention)which un-derwent the above three cleaning operations in the Department of General Surgery and were discharged in the time period from Jan.2012to Jun.2012 from Huaibei Miners'General Hospital were collected,and 165 cases discharged from hospital from Jul.2012 to Dec.2012(after the intervention)were chosen.The rationality of preventative application for antibiotics was analyzed.Results After the inter-ventions by the clinical pharmacists,the preventative application of medicine for cleaning surgery was improved obviously compared withpre-intervention in aspects of the indications,medicine selection,dose,timing for medication,route of administration,the menstruum ofmedicine selection.Conclusions The intervention in the preventative application of antibiotics by the clinical pharmacists is feasibleand effective,which can improve the rational application of antibiotics ,decrease medical cost,and promote safe,effective,and economi-cal use of antibiotics.
