目的：探讨儿童急性肠系膜淋巴结炎CRP的变化及临床意义。方法收集94例肠系膜淋巴炎的儿童的临床表现、腹部B超和CPR的结果。根据CRP结果，将94例急性肠系膜淋巴结炎儿童分为CRP阳性组（45例）和CRP阴性组（49例），经抗感染治疗1周，出院后1月随访B超，比较两组淋巴结消失的比例。结果 CRP阳性组和CRP阴性组在年龄、性别上和白细胞值差异无显著性（P＞0．05）。随访1月，阳性组淋巴结消失的比例显著高于阴性组。结论 CRP阳性肠系膜淋巴结炎的儿童，其预后相对较好，淋巴结消失明显。

목적：탐토인동급성장계막림파결염CRP적변화급림상의의。방법수집94례장계막림파염적인동적림상표현、복부B초화CPR적결과。근거CRP결과，장94례급성장계막림파결염인동분위CRP양성조（45례）화CRP음성조（49례），경항감염치료1주，출원후1월수방B초，비교량조림파결소실적비례。결과 CRP양성조화CRP음성조재년령、성별상화백세포치차이무현저성（P＞0．05）。수방1월，양성조림파결소실적비례현저고우음성조。결론 CRP양성장계막림파결염적인동，기예후상대교호，림파결소실명현。
Objective To study the collection of clinical acute mesenteric lymphadenitis cases,analysis of the characteristics of the dis-ease,in order to lay the foundation for clinical treatment.Methods in our hospital,94 cases of mesenteric inflammatory disease ofchildren,their clinical manifestations,abdominal B ultrasound,blood routine test and CPR results.According to the results of CRP,94cases of acute mesenteric lymphadenitis in children is divided into CRP positive group (45 cases)and CRP negative group (49 ca-ses),after antibiotic treatment 7 ~10 days,discharged after January follow -up of B ultrasound,compared two groups of lymph nodesdisappeared ratio.Results the CRP positive and CRP negative group in age,gender,and white blood cell values are no significantdifference (P >0.05).Follow up on January,positive lymph node group was significantly higher than that in the negative group.Con-clusions CRP positive mesenteric lymphadenitis in children,the relatively good prognosis,lymph nodes disappeared significantly.
