目的：探讨 MACC1在胃癌中的表达及其与血管形成的关系。方法用免疫组织化学（S-P法）检测45例胃癌组织及癌旁组织中MACC1的表达以及胃癌组织的微血管密度（MVD），并分析MACC1的表达与胃癌患者临床病理指标和MCD的关系。结果胃癌组织中 MACC1高表达；MACC1的表达与胃癌的大小、TNM分期、浸润深度及淋巴结转移有关（P＜0．05）， MACC1的表达还与MVD相关（P＜0．05）。结论 MACC1在胃癌组织中高表达并与胃癌血管形成相关，其可能在胃癌的发生和发展中起着重要作用。
목적：탐토 MACC1재위암중적표체급기여혈관형성적관계。방법용면역조직화학（S-P법）검측45례위암조직급암방조직중MACC1적표체이급위암조직적미혈관밀도（MVD），병분석MACC1적표체여위암환자림상병리지표화MCD적관계。결과위암조직중 MACC1고표체；MACC1적표체여위암적대소、TNM분기、침윤심도급림파결전이유관（P＜0．05）， MACC1적표체환여MVD상관（P＜0．05）。결론 MACC1재위암조직중고표체병여위암혈관형성상관，기가능재위암적발생화발전중기착중요작용。
Objective To investigate the expression of MACC1 and its relationship with angiogensis in gastric carcinoma.Methods Expressions of MACC1 and CD34-stained microvessel density(MVD)were detected by immunohistochemical assay in gastric carcinomatissues,adjacent tissues from 45 cases.The correlations between MACC1 expressions and clinic pathological parameters as well as MVDwere analyzed.Results The positive MACC1 expressions in gastric carcinoma tissues were significantly higher than those in adjacenttissues (P <0.05).They were related to tumor size,TNMstage,histological differentiation,depth of invasion and lymphatic metastasis(P <0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between MACC1 expressions and MVD.Conclusions MACC1 is specificallyover-expressed in gastric carcinoma and may be involved in the angiogenesis and plays an important role in the initiation and progressionof gastric carcinoma.
