文章运用文献资料法、实验法等研究方法,以巢湖学院体育舞蹈专业的40名学生为研究对象(对照组和实验组各20人),运用运动训练学原理和方法,针对核心力量训练对提高体育舞蹈稳定性的教学方面进行实证研究。通过对实验对象的仰卧起坐和直臂俯卧三点支撑两项核心部位素质能力的数据进行测试与分析。结果表明:通过三个月的实证研究,进行专项核心力量训练的实验组学生的两项核心部位素质能力明显高于对照组,分析得出进行专项的核心力量训练更有助于增强学生的核心力量以及“中断”的稳定性,对提高体育舞蹈稳定性的教学和日常训练的指导工作,提供积极的作用。

This paper applies literature review , experiment and other research methods , on the basis of 40 student subjects from School of Sport Dance at Chaohu College ( the control group of 20 persons and the experimental group of 20 persons), in order to conduct the empirical research on the use of training principles and methods for core strength training on improving stability of sports dances .And through the testing and analysis of the data about two sets of sit-ups and three arm-prone points of push -ups involved in these two core parts of quality and ability, the results have showed that a three -month special core strength training has helped the experimental group dancers obtain the significantly higher quality and ability of two core parts for sit -ups and three arm -prone points of push -ups compared to that of the control group .Through an analysis of special training for core strength of Sports dances , this kind of training is of more help to improve dancers ’ core strength, playing a supporting role in the teaching and daily training of sports dance .
