目的：探讨用VSD术( vacuum sealing drainage,负压封闭引流术)治疗IV度冻伤的临床效果。方法：对2010年12月期间我院收治的1例足部IV度冻伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。我院在对该患者进行对症治疗的基础上，使用VSD术对其进行治疗。结果：经过治疗，该患者冻伤的创面得到封闭，其足部长度最大限度地得到了保留。该患者在治疗结束1个月后能自行下地行走，其行走能力未受到明显的影响。结论：用VSD术治疗IV度冻伤疗效好，方法简单，可以使患者冻伤的创面得到有效封闭，最大限度地保留其冻伤肢体的长度和功能。此疗法值得在临床上推广使用。

목적：탐토용VSD술( vacuum sealing drainage,부압봉폐인류술)치료IV도동상적림상효과。방법：대2010년12월기간아원수치적1례족부IV도동상환자적림상자료진행회고성연구。아원재대해환자진행대증치료적기출상，사용VSD술대기진행치료。결과：경과치료，해환자동상적창면득도봉폐，기족부장도최대한도지득도료보류。해환자재치료결속1개월후능자행하지행주，기행주능력미수도명현적영향。결론：용VSD술치료IV도동상료효호，방법간단，가이사환자동상적창면득도유효봉폐，최대한도지보류기동상지체적장도화공능。차요법치득재림상상추엄사용。
Objective To evaluate the clinical outcome of vacuum sealing drainage ( VSD)on the aspect of keeping limb length after using suction drainage and dermato plasty in the treatment of deep frostbite. Methods One special patient with deep frostbite received VSD after debridement in the operating room and daily continuous suction, The VSD was removed one week approximately (depending on the wound and patient individual differences),then close the wound with dermato plasty on the frostbite fresh wound tissue. Results The deep frostbite of this patient was closed and the limb length were kept. Conclusion The method of this operation is easy to be manipulated and convenient to be nursed after operation, which make the naked bone close and greatly reduce the suffering of the patients , it is a good choice for the treatment of dermato plasty with satisfactory effectiveness.
