为了了解和掌握福州市高中学生参与体育活动的实际情况及影响因素，从高中生身心发展的特征出发，采用问卷调查法、访谈法、数据统计法、文献资料法等方法对福州市高中学生参与体育课及课外体育活动现状进行调查研究。结果表明：大部分学生对体育课以及体育课外活动有着积极的态度。但是一些客观原因如：个体身体及懒惰因素、升学压力大学习负担沉重、自由支配时间少等因素影响了学生参与体育活动的热情与时间。

In order to understand and grasp the actual situation and the influencing factors of Fuzhou’s high school students to participate in sports activities,starting from the characteristics of physical and mental development of high school students,this paper uses the method of questionnaire,interview,data statistics,literature and other methods to investigate and study Fuzhou city high school students to participate in physical education and extracurricular sports present situation. The results show that: most of the students have positive attitudes toward physical education and sports activities. But some objective reasons such as:the individual body and laziness factor, academic pressure to learn burdensome,less free time and other factors affect the enthusiasm of high school students to participate in sports activities and time.
